Terms of Service
By using Openmap, you agree to these terms. Openmap provides tools to view and edit 3D city maps, create and share worlds, run live presentations and use related AI and paid features.
Accounts and children
The account must be owned by an adult. A parent or guardian who lets a child aged two or older use Openmap must supervise the child and is responsible for activity on the account.
Your content and conduct
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You give Openmap permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate the service and to show it to people you choose through sharing or live-tour features. Only upload content you have the right to use. Don’t use Openmap for unlawful activity, to harm others, interfere with the service or access another person’s account or data.
Maps and AI
Map information, GPS readings and AI-generated content can be inaccurate or unavailable. Openmap is not an emergency service, an official survey or a substitute for professional advice. Don’t rely on it as your sole source for safety-critical decisions.
Paid plans
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the recurring interval and price shown for the selected plan at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel through the billing controls; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are subject to the terms shown at checkout and any rights required by applicable law.
Ownership, suspension and account requests
Openmap’s code, design and branding belong to Openmap International or its licensors. We may suspend accounts for serious misuse or security risks. To request account deletion or contact us about these terms, email premiumproject2u@gmail.com. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
