OPENMAP REFERRAL REWARDS
Share your link. Earn rewards.
Invite people to Openmap with your personal referral link. Rewards depend on your plan and on the referred member’s successful subscription renewals.
Earn Paid time from free signups
When you use Free and someone creates a Free account through your personal link, you earn one day of Paid access. Each qualifying signup adds another day to your earned time.
Earn from successful renewals
If you have your own active Paid subscription, you earn 25% of the Stripe net from each successful recurring renewal by a member you directly invited. Stripe net is the payment remaining after Stripe processing fees, so the reward is based on the amount actually received—not the advertised plan price.
Your directly invited member must complete a paid renewal, and you must also have your own active Paid subscription when it succeeds. Referral-earned Paid days do not count as an active subscription for renewal rewards. If either subscription becomes inactive, no further renewal rewards are earned while it is inactive. Rewards already earned remain in your balance.
The referral relationship is recorded when the new account is created. If that member upgrades later, the relationship remains connected; renewal rewards begin only when the eligibility conditions are met.
Rewards are direct-only: only the person who directly invited a subscriber can earn from that subscriber’s renewals. Rewards are not passed up to earlier referrers or other tiers.
How rewards are paid
Referral rewards are first applied as a credit to your next Stripe subscription invoice, up to the amount due. Any remaining reward balance is available to request as a manual payout from your profile. Staff processes payout requests outside the app and records the result in your account.
If a referred renewal is refunded, the related reward is reversed. A reversed amount reduces future available referral rewards.
